Just Dance is thrilled to welcome back DJ ElementalRhythm (aka Jordan Tal). Layering sounds of nature over innovative beats and timeless melodies, ElementalRhythm creates sacred soundscapes seamlessly shifting from tribal to transcendental. He has played at many festivals including Imagine, Blessed Coast and Towards Eden and shared the stage with Kaya Project and Desert Dwellers. Opening the evening will be Just Dance founder, producer and co-resident DJ, Abheeru.
Together they will weave a tapestry of the finest Global Fusion beats available. An evening not to be missed.

Damn straight we’re doin’ it again, the first instalment of Subtropical last November was seriously off the hook!
Expect a delicious and highly-danceable intuited collaboration from these two, delivering succulent and sensational sounds from some of the worlds most talented and pertinent producers, all wrapped up in a beautiful flow that is sure to keep you moving strong until the last beat drops. Anticipate a wide diversity of flavours and styles, but to give you an inkling imagine the more spicy and exuberant side of 4/4 forms - such as house, techno, garage, and bass-driven-120+, eloquently infused with a tribal + tropical flair.
It’s cold outside, but it’s warm in here!. No strict dress code, but hawaiian shirts, bold floral prints, and bright colours encouraged! :o

DRIEM
Aaron Handford (DRIEM) is a musician & producer based on the West Coast of BC. A performer for 25 years, he began playing in rock bands in the 90’s and then transitioned to electronic music in the 2000s during his time on Salt Spring Island, BC.
He believes that music can create a sense of wonder and open new dimensions in consciousness not otherwise accessible. Music that is in tune with the dancer promotes the reunification of the mind, body and spirit, which facilitates healing, play, and connection.
Driem is inspired by the intersection of the traditional musical legacies of Africa, India, Europe and the Middle East with modern sample based electronic music making methods and is an active music producer. He enjoys collaborating with vocalists and instrumentalists to co-create musical journeys. His artistic goal is to forge connections between the spheres of deep house, downtempo global bass music, jazz, and world rhythms. Festivals to his credit include Burning Man, Otherworld, & Burn In The Forest.
